What brought you to flower essence therapy?
Iāve always sought the support of a diverse array of healing modalities over the years, and flower essence therapy was one of them. Like searching for books at the public library, back in 2016, I remember moving up and down the aisles of a local health food store that had a massive collection of flower essences. Fast-forward to 2023, when I was entering a very important transit of Pluto on my natal Sun and the discovery of Lindsay Fautleroyās book, In Our Element. I took my first class with the Spirit Seed, and now healing work with flower essence therapy is an integral part of my life and work.
How would you describe your approach?
Iām equal parts scientist and mystic. After spending most of my life following a traditional path to success, Iām forging my own way. I blend analytical rigor with a deep reverence for the magic of existence, creating a creatively aligned practice dedicated to being of service.
People moving through major changes āself-initiated or unforeseen life events such as loss, breakups, career changes, etc. that have served as a catalyst for those major changes. Iām especially drawn to folks who dare to follow their hearts, even when it feels disruptive and inconvenient.
Weāre in a new era. The astrology of our current times confirms it, and many of us just feel it in our bones. Iām so excited to be alive right now and to help support the birthing of new ideas, new ways of being, and most importantly, the healing that has to take place now.
Tell us about a favorite flower essence!
I first learned about Sagebrush in class, but I became obsessed after a friend pointed it out on a hike. Before that, I had never seen Sagebrush up close, and seeing it in the wild sparked a new level of curiosity. It felt soft to the touch and smelled amazing. I believe the Sagebrush flower essence entered my life to complete my letting-go process that had begun a couple of years ago. It helps me clear out lingering emotional and mental baggage that no longer serves the person Iām becoming.
