Meet Cassandra!
“I am especially drawn to working with women— particularly Black women and busy professional women — who have lived much of their lives in hustle-and-grind mode. Many of the women I support have internalized the belief that their worth comes from doing more, achieving more, and holding everything together, often wearing the “superwoman” cape at the expense of their own well-being. As a result, they may experience chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, fatigue, burnout, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. I am passionate about supporting women through transitions such as perimenopause and menopause and healing generational patterns of stress and dis-ease. I am excited to work with those who are ready to soften the push, release survival-based patterns, and reconnect with their bodies, inner wisdom, and innate worth. Not through doing more, but through being.”

What is alive in your practice right now?
What feels most alive in my practice right now is supporting women who have lived in patterns of constant doing, hustle, and over-responsibility often feeling it is not safe to slow down, rest, or simply be.
I am especially excited about how flower essences support this identity-level work in a gentle and non-invasive way. Through my work, I have seen how flower essences help bring awareness to what is blocking rest, presence, and self-trust, while softly shifting long-held perspectives rooted in survival and achievement.
On a subtle level, they awaken dormant qualities of consciousness, release energetic and emotional blockages, and offer new insight into ways of thinking, doing, and being that are no longer aligned with one’s highest good. This feels deeply resonant because the healing unfolds without force, allowing women to feel safer in their bodies, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and remember who they are beneath the doing.
What flower essence has impacted you the most?
There are many flower essences that have been meaningful to me, but if I were to choose one, it would be Cerato. Cerato has been a steady ally in helping me reconnect with and trust my inner wisdom. Through my work with this essence, I’ve experienced greater clarity and confidence in my inner knowing, allowing insights and next steps to arise more naturally. Cerato has supported me in becoming more grounded and decisive, especially in moments when I might otherwise look outside myself for validation or answers. It feels no coincidence that Cerato reflects the very themes I work with in clients, by supporting those who have been conditioned to doubt themselves to reconnect with their inner guidance, trust their perceptions, and remember that the wisdom they seek is already within them
What brought you to healing work?
My path to flower essence therapy grew out of my own healing journey. I came to this work through recognizing my own “superwoman syndrome” and a deep attachment to hustle, productivity, and pushing through, often at the expense of rest, rhythm, and trust in my body’s wisdom. I realized I was living disconnected from natural cycles, both within myself and in the seasons around me.
My healing began with food, which opened the door to a deeper relationship with nourishment and listening to my body. From there, I was drawn to herbs, mindfulness practices, meditation, and other nervous system–supportive approaches that helped me slow down and reconnect.
Along the way, as I studied herbal medicine, I was introduced to flower essences and became fascinated by the way they work on such a subtle energetic level while creating profound shifts in awareness and perception. Flower essences resonated deeply with me because they reflect the intelligence of nature and offer a gentle yet powerful way to support emotional and energetic healing. Earth-based practices — food, plants, and flowers have been essential companions in my wellness journey, helping me soften the push, restore balance, and cultivate a deeper trust in my inner wisdom. This lived experience is what ultimately drew me into healing work and continues to shape how I support others today.
