Our “Seed” courses are open to all seeking to build a personal or professional practice of work with flower essences and indigenous healing philosophies.. Courses are scheduled throughout the calendar year. With the exception of courses with pre-requisites, Seed courses can be taken in any order.

Archetypal Flower Essence Formula Design
NEXT CLASS: JUNE 3- JULY 15
Flower essence formulas are carefully constructed to facilitate archetypal shifts. In this course, you will apply the principles of sacred geometry to make flower essence blends that function as a synergistic whole. You will gain insight into the roles that flowers play within a formula, and explore how to build formulas that honor relationships between each flower in the sacred geometric form. Through formula analysis and case studies, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to create dynamic and effective flower essence formulas.

Botanical Families in Flower Essence Therapy
SELF-PACED, ONLINE
There are patterns of expression in the plant world, occurring in distinct and fractal ways, that result in a range of Botanical Families. The study of the Botanical Families of the flower essence plants helps us see constellations of patterns and observe their correlation to human life experiences. This understanding helps us use flower essences with more intimacy, precision and mastery. Through deep immersion in images of plants and flowers you'll see patterns that bring plants together, and learn distinctions between their healing qualities.
(Pre-Requisite: In Our Element, Eco Reciprocity or the FES Practitioner Course. Registration link opens a window within the School for Flower Essence Studies.)

In Our Element: Five Element + Flower Essence Training
NEXT CLASS: OCTOBER 2024- JUNE 2025
Based on Lindsay’s book, In Our Element, this course will take you on a journey as you embody each Element’s signatures. You’ll learn flower essences and supplementary practices to use for each season of the psyche and soul, as well as experience soul medicine within a supportive community.
This course will take you on a journey through Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal. Learn how to use the Five Elements to flow with change, embrace the unexpected, amplify your blessings, and answer your heart's calling.

Into the Depths: 9 Stages of Soul Healing
NEXT CLASS: DECEMBER 2024- JANUARY 2025
Energetic medicine is a subtle, yet profound way to support the soul on its journey, which is filled with ups and downs, successes and failures. The journey is spiral in nature as we suddenly and unexpectedly find ourselves revisiting childhood wounds that we thought we had healed, and rediscovering gifts we thought we had lost.
Archetypal myths are layered with symbols and meaning that have broad applications across times and culture. We'll explore how the 9 Stages of Soul Healing- from Containment to Emergence- are reflected in the healing process.. This course also covers how to set short- term, mid-range and long-term goals as mile markers as we monitor soul transformation in ourselves and/or clients.

Nature Knows: Ecological Consciousness & Reciprocity
NEXT CLASS: APRIL 2025
Ecological Consciousness & Reciprocity offers a deep dive into nature's sacred gift of medicine for emotional, mental and spiritual health. We’ll explore the Anima Mundi (Soul of the World) and the role of humanity in the interconnected web of the natural realm. Though analysis of plant medicinals such as foods, essential oils, flower essences, herbs and homeopathic remedies, we come to understand the direct relationship between the natural world and the human psyche.
During this course, you will cultivate a sacred relationship with the plant of your choice. You will also study and integrate the Flower Essence Society's Twelve Windows of Plant Perception as you engage with your sacred plant's medicinal properties through observation, research, creativity and direct experience.

A World Beyond: MetaFlora Coaching Curriculum
OPEN TO ADVANCED FLOWER ESSENCE STUDENTS AND PRACTITIONERS
A World Beyond: The Metaflora Coaching Curriculum expands on the magical aspect of flower essences and how they are used to amplify messages of the soul. The course introduces the MetaFlora Coaching system developed by Patricia Kaminski of the Flower Essence Society. Influenced largely by archetypal depth psychology and the work of Carl Jung, you will learn tools and strategies to more deeply engage your friends, family and clients in the process of soul alchemy.
The goal of this course is to move beyond symptomatic use of flower essences and into a multi-layered therapeutic approach to ongoing inner work. You will learn how to recognize key archetypal complexes, therapeutic values and strategies, and the flower essences that support alchemical transformation on a spiritual level. Practitioners in this course use peer coaching to refine their ability to attune to other ways of seeing and knowing beyond the linear and the rational mind.
