How to stay soul-supported and community-connected while you work with our flower essence remedies
What are Flower Essences?
Flower Essences support emotional and spiritual wellness, and are safe, accessible remedies for increasing self-awareness as we change from the inside out.
They bring our attention to limiting beliefs that are under our radar, emotions that are out of control, and distorted perceptions that are blocking our success. Taken over time, they can create shifts at the soul level that result in unexpected miracles in our outer lives. They are natural allies reminding us what it means to be truly human: the substance of this earth, and the spirit of the stars.
Flower Essence Guidelines:
The standard dose for our flower remedies is four drops under the tongue, 4 times daily + as needed for stress. You can also add drops to a glass of water or your water bottle, and sip throughout the day. Our Meditation Mists and Aromatherapy Sprays are for EXTERNAL use only. Do not ingest.
The Elementals work hand in hand with self-awareness: they help us process difficult emotions, shift our perspective, and reprogram the negative thoughts that aren’t doing us any good.
Work with one Elementals formula at a time for a minimum of two weeks, but ideally at least four weeks.
Flower Essences are subtle yet profound- be mindful, keep a journal, and pay attention.
When you finish with an essence, reflect on what’s new, different, or emerging in your experience! Retake the self- assessment, or gather your insights to see if there is another flower essence to deepen and support your next stage of inner work.

CLINIC COORDINATOR
Linda reconnects Haitian and Black communities with their intergenerational wisdom to promote healing through mindfulness programming. She addresses the impact of trauma within the Haitian diaspora guided by Haitian history, Black Feminist thought, and the epistemology of Haitian Vodou as tools of ancestral wisdom to promote intergenerational healing. Linda is the coordinator and liason for the Spirit Seed Clinic.

Iya Efuntola (Ivy) Ifasanmi Ifasadun Akanbi, daughter of Shasha and Adjetey Okang, is an RN, Ifa & Orisha priestess.
