Refund Policy
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive to you in excellent condition. In the event that a package arrives to you broken, please send an email and photo of the damaged package to orders@elementalsessences.com. We will immediately honor your request to send a new order or to issue a refund.
Shipping
All orders are sent via USPS within 7 business days. In the rare event that low inventory requires that your order is sent after seven business days, we will upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail at no additional cost. For shipping for orders outside of the continental US, please email orders@elementalsessences.com and we will send you an estimated shipping cost.
