Ancestral Healing Collection
A collection of flower essence remedies curated to deepen our connection to the wisdom and protection of our ancestors and spiritual guides. This collection was designed to be used while taking the Flower Essences for Ancestral Healing course, taught by Spirit Seed founding director Lindsay Fauntleroy.
The set contains four flower remedies: Reconnect, Legacy, Emergence, and a special meditation mist to use during your spiritual practice. These essences can be used independently for personal exploration, or used in tandem with the Flower Essences for Ancestral Healing Course:
We'll work with Reconnect for the first three weeks, which focus on cultivating ancestral ways of knowing that include land, spirit, intuition and dreams.
We'll lean on Legacy in weeks four and five, as we connect to our personal ancestral lineage as a source of guidance and protection.
The Emergence remedy supports weeks six and seven, calling on flower guidance to help us become “good ancestors” as we learn to use our personal gifts in service of healing and the larger collective.
