In Our Element
Five Element + Flower Medicine Intensive
Orientation
Sunday, November 2nd
12- 1:30pm ET
The Five Elements are more than a theory—they invite us into a living ceremony.
The Five Elements reveal the universal patterns flowing through nature, our personal lives, and our collective experiences. Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal each carry a unique wisdom, showing us how to align with change and live with greater vitality, clarity, and connection.
When we embody the Five Elements, we are truly In Our Element.
This course offers an embodied journey through Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal. Together, we’ll explore how to:
✨ Flow with change and embrace the unexpected
✨ Amplify your blessings and answer your heart’s calling
✨ Apply a nature-based psychology to our personal healing, professional practice, and community leadership
In small groups, you’ll integrate the teachings into your own life and work—whether in holistic wellness, education, spirituality, or activism.
In Our Element invites you to…
Tap into art, music, and nature as pathways to self-awareness and soul serenity
Work with flower essences—gentle, accessible plant remedies that support joy, ease, and emotional balance
Recognize and shift emotional stress patterns such as anxiety, overwhelm, heartbreak, or feeling stuck
Develop nourishing rituals that awaken your physical, emotional, and spiritual potential
Practice mindfulness and meditation with acupressure, essential oils, and yoga protocols designed to fit seamlessly into your life or clinical work
Support children, clients, families, and communities through change and transition with sensitivity and care
Experience the power of community as we heal, grow, and learn together during this time of profound collective transformation
You are not just one element—you are all of them.
This course is your invitation to bring each one alive within you.
Everything you touch, you change.
Everything you change, changes you.
The only lasting truth is change.

What students are saying…
“Lindsay’s teaching is soul medicine. She engages your ancestral knowing and rhythms, intellectual rigor, curiosity, and creativity to a course of study that is as healing for you as it is for the people you will touch because of it. I love being her classes and can’t recommend her work highly enough.”
— Mia Herndon, Licensed Acupcunturist
“Lindsay brings her skills as an educator and as a holistic practitioner together to build an environment where knowledge and growth are not just handed to you as information, but are created together as embodied and shared experiences. I highly recommend her offerings.”
— Sebene Selassie, Author of You Belong: A Call for Connection
“The training feels like a way better version of ‘Hogwarts’! It’s magical and it’s fun- I have learned so much about best practices and how to hold space for clients as a certified wellness professional. This medicine is so beautiful and deep, and reconnects us with nature. It’s been a wonderful experience.”

We are in this TOGETHER.
In Our Element portfolio projects take the form of embodied and experiential research, personal reflection, music art, and personal ritual. We learn from each other as we co-create a neo-ancient medicine for the soul.
Check out some of the work created by students as they explored how the Elements are manifesting in their personal experience. You’ll see that though ancient, the Five Elements are alive and well!
“Our changing moods, the creative and destructive forces within the human being, as well as our adaptability and sense of community are also reflected in nature”.
- The Loss of Human Connection to Nature: Revitalizing Selfhood and Meaning in Life through the Ideas of Rollo May
“The growth, maturation, and transformation of nature is an important teacher about the processes of spiritual transformation that we cannot see, but guide our spiritual progress in a similar fashion”. '
-Na’im Akbar, Know ThySelf
“Each of the elements is a real but also a symbolic expression of how the life force moves and manifests on our planet and in our psyches… their imagery and poetry begin to heal us at unconscious levels long before we have any conscious understanding of the theories themselves.”
